Staff was amazingly great and cordial, I didn't want to say goodbye!
The room was updated, had clean bathroom and exceptionally good views to enjoy. Its location was very central, a few steps away from Bc Ferries. The hotel itself was in a great area, not far from the shopping district and the coffee shop and pubs, restaurants and window-shopped👌

The hotel is a refreshing experience. Apparently it was completely renovated in the past few years and it shows it. The staff is completly engaged from the fron desk to the cafe to the cleaning staff. My room was on the top (4th) floor. Apparently the internet access is troublesome and I experienced one period where I could not access the internet. The staff told me they are aware of the problem. I booked for one night and stayed a second night. The front desk was extremely helpful in guideing me to the various must see places in Victoria and Butchart Gardens. Even suggested taking the express bus across the street to Butchart, a huge savings vs. the garden tour. As a result, I had a fabulous experience for my first visit to Victoria. I am staying with my sister in Coupeville, WA on Whidbey Island. She may go there at some point in the future and will plan to stay at the Rialto because of my favourable experience.

Extremely helpful staff and stylish hotel.
Savoury and free breakfast selection with granola and fruit, as example. Location just next door to downtown Victoria and area attractions and Agrius restaurant on Yates Street.

I loved the property and its savoury and delicious breakfast.
I found the hotel's location good, right by property's cafe, all downtown and anywhere that matters around downtown areas. Luckily it was close to Grilled Cheese Please, had pastries there when it was snowy outside.

The location was fantastic, just a quick 10-minute stroll to the vibrant inner harbor. Our family loved how spacious our room was, and the staff were pretty good, just like Christian at the front desk who helped us feel at home right away.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options at the hotel.

Extremely comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Bar/resto stylish with interesting cocktail selection. The staff were pleasant and efficient.
Carpets in the hallways were dark and very 80's looking.
